About Us
Welcome to Eclipse Properties Ltd.
Founded by Sanjeev Sansoy and Daoud Hashimi with the shared goal of making a difference in the lives of looked after children. The organization has undergone significant growth since its inception in 2008. We started with a single property that housed four young people. Over the years, we have expanded considerably and now manage a total of 19 properties nationwide.
We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for looked after, young people, aged 16-18. At Eclipse Properties Ltd we understand the unique needs of young adults transitioning to independence, and we strive to empower them with the essential life skills needed for a successful future.

Supporting Young People Nationally
Eclipse Properties Ltd provides supported accommodation and floating support to vulnerable service users nationally. We work with support professionals across local authority areas, including social workers, youth offending teams and teams that provide specialist support services to our young people.
